3. How and Why We Use Your Data

UK GDPR requires us to have a lawful basis for processing your personal data.

We use your name, email, and phone number to confirm your booking, send reminders, and manage your appointment. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.

Member accounts
We use your account information to give you access to your booking history and manage your membership. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.

We use your purchase data to process orders and issue confirmations. Financial records are also retained to meet our obligations under HMRC requirements. The lawful basis is performance of a contract and legal obligation.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is only shared in the following limited circumstances.

Wix (our website and platform provider)
Our website is built and hosted on the Wix platform. As our data processor, Wix stores and processes data on our behalf — including bookings, member accounts, form submissions, and purchase records. Wix is contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with data protection law. You can read Wix's privacy policy at www.wix.com/about/privacy.

Chuckling Goat (with your consent only)
If you choose to complete our optional Chuckling Goat consent form, you are giving us permission to share your name and email address with Chuckling Goat for the purpose of adding you to their referral programme. In return, you receive 15% off your first order with Chuckling Goat, and Little Healing Ltd receives a product credit.

This data sharing only takes place if you actively tick the consent checkbox on the form and submit it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at littlehealingltd@gmail.com. We also recommend contacting Chuckling Goat directly to request removal from their list.

Legal requirements
We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. HMRC, a court order).

- Chuckling Goat consent form submissions: 12 months, or until you withdraw consent
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, then deleted within 30 days
- Website analytics/cookie data: up to 26 months

If you would like us to delete your data earlier, please contact us.

Right to rectification
If any data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.

You can ask us to delete your personal data where it is no longer needed, or where you withdraw consent. Note that some data must be retained for legal reasons.

Right to restrict processing
You can ask us to pause how we use your data in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability
Where processing is based on consent or contract, you can receive your data in a structured, portable format.
